Bills - Payments

As a service to you, we accept cash, personal checks, Mastercard and Visa. All co-pays are due in full at the time of your visit. If there is a balance owed, you will be sent a bill, which is due upon receipt.

If you have any questions regarding your account our patient accounts representatives are available during business hours to counsel you.

Our billing staff is qualified to estimate any out-of-pocket expenses to you for obstetrical and/or surgical procedures.

Upon completion of the estimate your balance can be paid in full or by a payment plan.

Insurance Cards - Co-payments - Referrals

For your convenience, we contract with most major insurance companies. In order for your charges to be paid promptly, we must have accurate information from you. It is very important that you:

1. Bring your most recent insurance card with you at each visit.
2. Provide complete, accurate information, including updates as they occur.
3. Pay all co-pays upon arrival to our office.
4. If your insurance requires a referral, please obtain the referral prior to your visit to ensure it will be here upon your arrival. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the charges.

Precertifications

As a courtesy to our patients, we precertify out-patient surgeries and all in-patient procedures and hospital stays.

However, it is extremely important for you to understand the guidelines that are particular to your insurance carrier. You are ultimately responsible for obtaining any necessary referrals or any precertifications that are required.
